Lovely Bubbly Makes is a small creative business specialising in custom and pre-designed cake toppers and decorative pieces. Every item is handmade with care and may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of our work.

2. Ordering and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Custom orders will not begin until payment has been received.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change at any time without notice.

Payment is securely processed via Etsy, PayPal, or another approved payment provider. Lovely Bubbly Makes does not store or have access to your full payment details.

3. Custom Orders

Please ensure all custom details (such as names, colours, and dates) are provided correctly at the time of ordering.

Once production begins, changes cannot always be accommodated.

Proofs (if applicable) must be approved within the timeframe provided; delays in approval may affect your dispatch date.

4. Processing and Delivery

Each topper is made to order. Processing times vary but will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only. Lovely Bubbly Makes is not responsible for postal delays once the order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Because our items are handmade and often personalised, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact lovely.bubbly@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Product Care and Use

Our cake toppers are for decorative use only and are not edible unless specifically stated in the listing.

Handle with care — toppers are delicate and should be stored in a dry place, away from heat and moisture.

Lovely Bubbly Makes is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

7. Photographs and Social Media Use

Lovely Bubbly Makes loves seeing your creations!

By sharing photos of your purchased toppers on Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform (including tagging or mentioning Lovely Bubbly Makes), you grant Lovely Bubbly Makes a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, repost, and share those images for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes.

You will always be credited where possible.

If you prefer your photos not to be used, please let us know in writing at lovely.bubbly@outlook.com.

All product designs, images, text, and branding are the property of Lovely Bubbly Makes and are protected by copyright and design laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or sell Lovely Bubbly Makes designs without written permission.
